 Drones are subject to FAA rules and all commercial/recreational pilots must fully comply. Temporary Flight
 Restrictions (TFR'S) can happen anywhere without much notice at all. Cancellations due
 to TFR’s or inclement weather will be rescheduled.
 
 FAA clearance and insurance for the exact location is obtained before a shoot. If
 an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of scheduled start time, there will be a $25 fee. (As mentioned above If the appointment is cancelled by the drone pilot due to weather, a TFR, or
 another reason beyond their control, there will not be any rescheduling fee's charged)
 
 Please make any special requests when setting up your appointment. If there is a
 particular time of day that the sun shines nicely on the area being captured, please mention this
 so that we have enough notice to accommodate your request during scheduling.
 
 Houses surrounded by or across the street from large trees and/or telephone wires reduce
 the aerial view of the home and flying areas. The drone pilot will do their best to navigate and
 provide the best view of the home/areas being photographed or filmed.
